Sales Representative, Inside & Outside Sales Can-Jan Inc. | Saint-Laurent, QC Can-Jan has been keeping Quebec’s commercial spaces spotless since 1961. We’re a family-owned, ISO 9001 certified leader in commercial janitorial services with a roster of clients who stay with us for decades. We’re growing, and we’re hiring a sales professional who wants to build a real book of business in a market with strong recurring revenue.

The role
You’ll own the full sales cycle across the greater Montreal area: prospecting new accounts, running site assessments, building proposals, and closing recurring service contracts. Expect a healthy mix of inside work (calls, CRM, follow-ups) and outside work (site visits, walkthroughs, in-person meetings). You’ll be hunting net-new business while also expanding existing accounts.

What you bring
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in services, facilities, or commercial real estate
• Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written
• Comfort running a site walkthrough and writing a proposal that wins
• A driver’s license and your own vehicle
• A self-starter mindset; you don’t need a babysitter to hit your numbers
