Is there a minimum contract commitment?
Our agreements are month-to-month — no long-term contracts required. We do ask for a minimum service frequency of once per week to ensure consistent results and familiarity with your facility.
Are you licensed, insured, and certified?

Service frequency is fully flexible, starting at a minimum of once per week. Depending on your operational hours and cleaning requirements, we can schedule nightly, daily, or custom-frequency programs tailored to your facility.
Do you offer after-hours or emergency cleaning?
Yes. We understand that disruption to your operations is not an option. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings, overnight, weekends, and emergency response services — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use professional-grade, Health Canada-approved cleaning and disinfection products. We also offer eco-friendly green cleaning alternatives on request — with no compromise in quality or effectiveness.
Do you serve clients in French and English?
Yes. Can-Jan proudly serves clients in both French and English. Our team is bilingual and all communications, proposals, and service documentation are available in your preferred language.
